During our stay, we had an incredible experience. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, and the complex itself was remarkable. We enjoyed the luxuriant pool and breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond for us, especially Estan who made sure we arrived on time for our flight. The breakfast was sumptuous, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. we were impressed by the facilities and service provided.

We experienced some poor restaurant service that went beyond what we expected in a 5-star hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIP guests. The luxurious amenities that this hotel offers were beyond our expectations. We especially loved the Spa & wellness centre, with its sauna, steam room and massage services. The indoor swimming pool was also a great addition, perfect for a relaxing swim in the evening. Another highlight was the scrumptious dinner we had at the hotel restaurant, with an extensive menu and excellent service.

We experienced one minor issue during our stay. The private facilities in our room were not functioning properly, but the staff promptly resolved the problem.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and the pool was amazing. The staff was also very attentive and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms and on the grounds. the location was perfect for exploring the area!

The service in the restaurant could be improved. We had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for our food and the staff seemed disorganized.

The views from the hotel were amazing and the pool was great to relax in. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds.

The hotel had terrible service. Housekeeping did not bring us towels for days and we had to repeatedly request them.

My recent stay at Cabrits Resort And Spa Kempinski was exceptional. The attention to detail in the rooms and around the complex was impressive. The staff went above and beyond for us, ensuring we had a smooth check-out experience despite a taxi oversight. I particularly want to mention the night security, receptionist Jordan, and the driver Estan, who made sure we got to the airport on time. The swim-up pool rooms were beautiful, and the hotel itself was physically stunning. I highly recommend this hotel.
